District Map

Stretching from the City of West Branch west limits out Ski Park road, the Ogemaw Township DDA is made up of over 130 different parcels and encompasses over 1,500 acres of land. It also includes all parcels surrounding the 215 Exit off of I-75.

Community Projects

While the Ogemaw Township DDA is new compared to surrounding DDA districts it has not slowed down the organization from completing and participating in projects including the construction of a non-motorized path along the North side of M-55 from the City of West Branch to Dean Arbor Ford.

DDA History

The Ogemaw Township DDA was established in January of 2004. The goal of establishing the DDA was to help not only increase the development of the business area but to also help increase values and spur development with projects and community improvments.
